Operations Executive – Team Lead for Amazon Now

About the role
We are looking for a Team Lead to drive Amazon Now operations in Dubai. You will build and scale a fast‑delivery service from the ground up, shaping how millions of customers receive their orders across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end operations for a large site or a combination of smaller sites.
- Supervise store operations and ensure customer‑facing metrics are met while controlling costs.
- Maintain safety standards and team morale.
- Drive performance management and conduct regular coaching.
- Develop and implement training and development plans for associates.
- Improve operational processes and sustain performance improvements.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
- Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- High school diploma (minimum qualification).
- Experience in a logistics or operations environment is preferred.
