About the role
Revolut is looking for an Operations Manager to lead high‑impact card payment initiatives across its global business. You will use data‑driven insights to solve challenges, scale processes and improve outcomes for millions of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimise global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions.
- Plan, lead and execute projects that enhance core payments infrastructure in partnership with engineering teams.
- Drive product‑excellence initiatives to improve the end‑to‑end card lifecycle customer experience.
- Manage critical relationships with key vendors throughout the card lifecycle.
- Identify, plan and implement improvements to optimise unit economics.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with AI technologies.
