About the role
Aldar Education is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the organisation and delivery of operations, administration and support services across its charter schools in Abu Dhabi. The role works closely with the Principal and senior leadership to ensure efficient staff deployment, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operations, administration and support service teams, implementing a service‑culture and high‑quality staff deployment.
- Advise the Principal, senior leadership and HQ on operational, HSE and regulatory compliance matters, using performance management systems.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, processes and safeguarding measures, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance.
- Manage operational budgets, procurement and shared‑resource opportunities across schools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent graduate‑level qualification; certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ senior‑level experience in education or a service‑oriented industry.
