Operations Manager – Construction & Landscaping

About the role

Parker Connect is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across its construction and landscaping projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, monitor schedules, and implement corrective actions for delays.
• Manage manpower, machinery, fleet, and other resources across multiple projects.
• Guide Project Managers and operational teams, reviewing contracts, tenders, variations, and claims.
• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, collections, cash flow and profitability.
• Ensure smooth project handover, close‑out, warranties and defect liability compliance.
• Improve internal processes, systems and operational efficiency.
• Track team performance, KPIs and support training and development.
• Identify business growth opportunities and new contracts while ensuring safety, quality and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Strong experience in construction and landscaping projects, including softscape, hardscape and irrigation systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, contracts, variations and claims.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and client‑management skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
