Operations Manager - Dubai Mall

About the role

As the Operations Manager for the Dubai Mall store, you will oversee product flow, loss prevention, facilities, and health & safety. You will lead the stock team, work closely with store management and logistics partners, and ensure seamless operations that support sales and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the stock team, set goals, and manage performance.
• Manage product flow from delivery to shop floor, optimise processes, and track stock KPIs.
• Implement initiatives to reduce stock loss and improve inventory accuracy.
• Partner with sales management to enforce shop floor and defective product procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure security protocols, conduct incident reporting, and provide security training.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, minor works, and IS&T support, including supplier and purchase‑order processes.
• Provide recommendations and feedback to the regional Operations Manager and Country office.

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or logistics environment.
