About the role
We are hiring an Operations Manager – Electromechanical / MEP for our company in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in managing electromechanical/MEP projects and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead teams on electromechanical/MEP projects.
- Solve site and operational problems.
- Control costs and manage budgets.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required profile
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Solid background in MEP contracting, project execution, budgeting, procurement, manpower management, and client relations.
