Operations Manager – Facilities Management Soft Services

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager for Soft Services within our Total Facilities Management division in Dubai. The role oversees all cleaning operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, client satisfaction and efficient staff management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily cleaning deployments in line with contractual obligations.
• Monitor contract spending, invoices and client approvals to stay within budget.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate contract mobilisation and maintain communication with internal departments and clients.
• Handle client escalations, identify operational challenges and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and provide staff training on safe cleaning practices.
• Develop work schedules, review service level agreements and report variations to account managers.
• Utilise CAFM systems to record activities, performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Conduct site inspections and manage client feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing cleaning or soft‑services operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Financial acumen to monitor budgets, invoices and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
