Operations Manager – Family Entertainment Center (FEC)

About the role

Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run its Family Entertainment Center in Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The manager leads operational teams, improves guest experience, drives revenue growth and keeps safety and service standards high. Direct FEC experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily entertainment center operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and excellent customer service.
• Lead, supervise and motivate operational teams to meet business objectives and performance targets.
• Develop strategies to increase visitor numbers, revenue, customer retention and profitability.
• Promote corporate bookings, birthday celebrations, group visits, special events and business partnerships.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, staffing levels and key performance indicators.
• Ensure equipment safety, coordinate maintenance and maintain operational standards.
• Work with sales, marketing, events and restaurant teams, resolve guest complaints and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing FEC operations; candidates without this background will not be considered.
• Experience in an adventure park, indoor entertainment center, amusement facility or similar FEC environment.
• Strong team management skills and a track record of growing revenue and improving customer engagement.
• Knowledge of safety standards, cost control, staffing and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: UAE experience in the FEC industry.
