Operations Manager – Gold Trading FinTech

About the role
The company, a leading FinTech gold trading firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, trade execution and logistics. You will ensure compliance, optimise processes and coordinate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, including trade execution and settlement.
- Manage logistics and coordination with customs authorities, logistics providers and refineries.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and LBMA standards.
- Identify and implement process optimisation and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in gold or commodity trading operations.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, logistics and international compliance.
- Proven experience managing operational processes, risk and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
