Operations Manager – Home Maintenance Services

About the role

The company is a newly established professional cleaning and property snagging services provider delivering high‑quality residential and commercial solutions. As Operations Manager you will lead end‑to‑end home maintenance operations, overseeing a wide range of services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting and general handyman tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supervisors, technicians and field teams, handling daily job allocation, scheduling, manpower utilisation and quality control.
• Ensure operational KPIs and SLAs are met, including response time, first‑time fix, job completion, customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
• Oversee resources and profitability, controlling materials, spare parts, subcontractors, vehicles, tools and cost management.
• Coordinate with customer service for AMC and recurring maintenance contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in home maintenance services or similar fields.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery while generating new business for cleaning and snagging services.
• Experience in manpower planning, site surveys, scope preparation, costing, quotations, mobilisation and client management.
