Operations Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Ramee Group of Hotels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing multiple departments and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain high guest service standards and resolve escalated guest concerns professionally.
• Develop operational goals, manage departmental budgets and control operating costs.
• Supervise staff performance, create work schedules, provide coaching and foster an efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven senior leadership experience in hotel operations or senior hospitality management.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of hotel management practices and guest services.
• Budget control, operational planning and performance management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hospitality compliance standards.
