Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to design and scale the end‑to‑end operational backbone of Noon’s B2B marketplace. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of fulfillment, last‑mile logistics and customer experience, driving reliability and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own end‑to‑end operational workflows across the order lifecycle: capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns and after‑sales.
• Design processes for B2B‑specific use cases such as bulk orders, RFQs, split deliveries, partial fulfillment and credit customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Finance and Seller teams to translate business requirements into scalable operations.
• Define and track core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations, return rates, SLA adherence).
• Identify bottlenecks, failure points and cost leakages, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business decisions by grounding strategy in operational realities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience managing operations or supply‑chain functions in marketplace or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to handle complex order flows and scale processes in fast‑moving settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across product, logistics, finance and seller teams.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of B2B marketplace operations.
• Experience with order lifecycle management, fulfillment, invoicing and returns.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and logistics best practices.
• Ability to define, monitor and improve operational KPIs.
