Operations Manager - KSA & UAE

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Operations Manager for its GTM markets, based in Riyadh or Dubai. You will join the Operations Leadership team and be responsible for all operational activities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role offers hybrid or onsite work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operations strategy for assigned markets under the current model (customer service, kit booking, kit logistics, shipping/receiving and warehousing, asset management).
• Manage operational activities so that the right talent is sourced, developed, managed and engaged.
• Identify and implement process improvements and sustain breakthrough solutions over time.
• Direct day-to-day activities and projects based on a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across functions (Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain, etc.) and divisions (Sales, Marketing), driving leverage opportunities in the region.
• Lead or take part in cross-functional projects and the integration of operations following mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations, and support the standardization and alignment of processes.
• Review and achieve the KPIs and financial metrics for Customer and Logistics Services.

Required profile

• Degree in a business or logistics discipline, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in similar responsibility, ideally a mix of logistics/warehouse management and customer-facing work.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in a multinational company with a complex organization.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel about 40%.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma or Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification (an advantage)
• Knowledge of SOX and FCPA compliance
