Operations Manager – Restaurant Operations (Dubai)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and delivering an outstanding guest experience while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of several restaurant sites, maintaining quality, safety, and service standards.
• Lead P&L performance, controlling labour, food costs and overall operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to meet business objectives.
• Analyze performance data and implement initiatives to improve sales and profitability.
• Support local marketing activities and business‑growth projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of restaurant operations experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple locations.
• Recent experience in the UAE or GCC restaurant market.
• Proven track record of growing sales and improving guest satisfaction metrics.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
