Operations Planning Coordinator – Outsourced Services

About the role

The Operations Planning Coordinator will support the efficient management of our workforce across outsourced services. This role focuses on scheduling, recruitment tracking, and data analysis to ensure optimal staffing levels and seamless operational coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage employee schedules, coordinate shift rotations, and monitor attendance to minimise downtime.
• Communicate scheduling changes to relevant departments and staff.
• Track the recruitment process, maintain detailed records of candidate progress, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Collect and analyse manpower performance feedback from various departments and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Maintain workforce data, including attendance, productivity and performance metrics, and support the creation of dashboards.
• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and developing short‑term and long‑term workforce plans.
• Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy, ensuring timely submission.
• Generate and process purchase orders in SAP for workforce‑related expenditures.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating employee schedules and shift rotations.
• Proven ability to track recruitment activities and report on hiring status.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting workforce performance data.
• Attention to detail in timesheet verification and PO processing.
