Operations Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day activities across the site, ensuring that services meet client requirements and company standards. This position acts as the primary point of contact for staff on operational matters and coordinates closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Manage employee attendance, shifts, and deployment, ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
• Allocate duties based on operational needs and monitor performance, discipline, and productivity.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with client requirements and agreed standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify corrective actions, and monitor compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, leave, and other operational activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and update management.
• Support onboarding, induction, training, and performance monitoring of staff.
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues to the Project Lead or Operations Manager.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in operations, staffing, facilities management, logistics, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
