Operations & Support Services Manager

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for an experienced Operations & Support Services Manager to lead operational excellence across its school cluster in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with Principals and Operations Managers to ensure smooth administration, compliance, and high‑quality support services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, administration and support service activities within the assigned school cluster.
• Ensure compliance with Aldar Education policies, HSE standards, audit requirements and external regulations.
• Drive cost‑efficiency, return on investment and economic profit while maintaining service quality.
• Advise and implement initiatives that align with strategic directives and improve operational performance.
• Support Principals and Operations Managers in day‑to‑day operational challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing operations and support services in an educational or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, health‑safety, audit and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
