Operator Diesel Filler

About the role

The Diesel Filler Operator is responsible for safely refuelling vehicle diesel tanks and supporting the smooth operation of DSV's logistics facilities in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures fuel availability while adhering to strict health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fill diesel tanks of vehicles according to safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor fuel levels and schedule timely refills to maintain operational efficiency.
• Record fuel transactions accurately and keep related documentation up to date.
• Inspect fueling equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report any issues to maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning of operational areas using appropriate electromechanical devices.
• Report accidents, incidents and near‑misses immediately to the supervisor.
• Identify potential problems or improvement opportunities and communicate them to the supervisor.
• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Carry out any other duties within physical and mental capabilities as assigned.

Required profile

• High school education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar fuel‑handling role.
• Strong safety awareness and basic communication skills.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
