Operator Fuelling

About the role

The Operator Fuelling ensures safe and timely refuelling and de‑fuelling of aircraft at the airport, complying with aviation standards, ADNOC policies and local regulations. The role involves close coordination with airline representatives and strict adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Refuel and de‑fuel aircraft according to the assigned schedule and ADNOC standards.
• Verify fuel quantity, type of dispenser, aircraft details and gate information before each operation.
• Inspect fuelling vehicle for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Position the fuelling vehicle, connect bonding hoses, secure nozzles and conduct the fuelling process.
• Take fuel samples, complete required documentation and obtain signatures from customer representatives.
• Drive safely on the apron, follow speed limits and airport security rules.
• Monitor the fuelling operation continuously and report safety or equipment concerns.

Required profile

• Ability to perform fuelling operations safely and efficiently.
• Strong awareness of HSE policies, airport safety regulations and ADNOC integrated management system.
• Effective communication with airline staff and internal teams.
• Attention to detail for quality control checks and documentation.

Required skills

• Operation of aircraft fuelling equipment and bonding hoses.
• Fuel quality control procedures as defined by ADNOC Aviation Division.
• Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance reporting.
• Accurate completion of fuelling records and receipt handling.
