Oracle Cloud Security & DevOps Lead (Part-Time)

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Security & Identity Specialist to design, implement and manage security and access controls across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role centres on identity and access management, secure authentication, cloud security configuration, environment and release management, and compliance with government security standards. It is advertised as part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage Oracle Fusion role-based access controls, data security policies and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with enterprise identity providers using SAML and OIDC.
• Manage OCI identity and security services, including OCI IAM, Vault, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Cloud Guard and private networking.
• Manage Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, maintenance and release management.
• Map security controls to standards such as ISO 27001, UAE Information Assurance (UAE IA) and DESC Information Security Regulation (ISR).
• Identify security gaps, coordinate remediation and ensure assessment findings are addressed.
• Support security governance, compliance and access management procedures.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud security.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Dubai regularly, with a valid passport and flexibility to work on-site during designated periods.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Fusion role-based access controls and data security.
• SSO and MFA via SAML and/or OIDC.
• OCI IAM, Vault, WAF and Cloud Guard.
• Environment refreshes and release management.
• Mapping security controls to ISO 27001, UAE IA or DESC ISR.

Preferred: DESC ISR experience, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls), Oracle Data Safe, integration with SIEM platforms, and certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or OCI Security Professional.
