Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant

About the role

United Al Saqer Group is seeking an Oracle Finance & EPM Consultant to design, implement and support end‑to‑end techno‑functional solutions across Oracle FCCS, Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules and Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will operate in a multi‑organization environment, ensuring seamless integration and post‑go‑live stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing management of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
• Design chart of accounts, entity structures, consolidation rules and manage inter‑company eliminations, currency translation and financial close cycles.
• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) including ledger setup, business units, legal entities and Subledger Accounting.
• Integrate ERP Finance with FCCS and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management) with UAE localisation, configuring organization structures and workflows.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and consolidation outputs for monthly and quarterly reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience (48 months) delivering Oracle Finance and EPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IFRS financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
