Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Specialist

About the role

The Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Specialist will act as the functional owner of Ohana Development’s Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, bridging business units, ICT and the implementation partner. The role ensures the solution is configured, tested, governed and adopted across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Project Controls, Construction and Development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, process design sessions and solution reviews, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Maintain end‑to‑end traceability of requirements through configuration, testing and deployment, and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Review and validate configuration of Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM and Project Management modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise structures and approval hierarchies.
• Coordinate security and access governance, including role reviews, segregation of duties and periodic access audits.
• Manage System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking and cut‑over planning for go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Gather reporting requirements and support OTBI, BI Publisher and dashboard development, ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide Level 2 functional support, create SOPs, user guides and deliver training to super‑users.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of ERP functional experience with at least 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including a full implementation or major transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Oracle Fusion Cloud certification preferred.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functional knowledge (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
• Functional Setup Manager, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Access governance, segregation of duties and ERP controls.
