Oracle Fusion HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HRMS Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead configuration, integration and reporting initiatives for our HR systems.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, compliance and statutory reporting.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go‑Live and post‑implementation support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, multi‑location environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and documentation skills.
• Awareness of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
• Experience in post‑implementation support, hyper‑care and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Compensation, etc.)
• Configuring approval workflows, security and custom roles
• HCM REST API and SOAP services
• SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, reporting and dashboard design
• Integration with ERP or third‑party systems
• Designing dashboards and HR analytics solutions
• Workflow development and management
