Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead implementations and enhancements of Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 EPPM. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, business users, and partners to deliver integrated, bug‑free solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test enhancements to Primavera Unifier, including custom UDRs and reports using SQL.
• Gather requirements, conduct Business Blueprint and UAT sessions, and deliver training and user guides.
• Integrate Primavera suite with SAP, Jagger, Salesforce, MuleSoft and other systems using APIs and web services.
• Manage configuration packages, transfer design bundles, and support modules such as Cost Management, EVM, Contract, Cash Flow, Risk, and Quality.
• Engage with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6 EPPM, including at least two full implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Design Management, Construction Management, Cost Controls, Schedule Management, Document Management, and BPM modules.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, blueprint creation, UAT facilitation, and end‑user training.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
