Order Taker – Guest Service Support

About the role

The Order Taker joins the Guest Service Support team at The Luxury Collection in Dubai, ensuring seamless food and beverage operations that enhance the guest experience. This full‑time position involves interacting with guests, handling orders, and supporting the restaurant floor to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, replenish supplies, and maintain clean work areas throughout service periods.
• Assist kitchen staff, manage menu information, and handle guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Move, lift, and transport items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks on varied surfaces.
• Uphold safety protocols, company policies, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred, though no specific experience is required.
• No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
