Order Taker – Osmo Lounge And Bar

About the role

As an Order Taker in the Osmo Lounge & Bar at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests requesting in‑room dining and bar service. Your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat and courteous demeanor, anticipating their needs.
• Answer Room Service telephone calls promptly and record guest requests accurately.
• Capture food and beverage orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system without errors.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to answer questions confidently.
• Upsell additional items such as sides, desserts, drinks, and special offers.
• Process payments, reconcile checks, verify totals and gratuities, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
