Organizational Change Manager - Airlines

About the role

Cognizant is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives within its new catering system implementation programme for airline operations. The role focuses on driving employee engagement and adoption of new ways of working across fast‑paced operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a structured change‑management methodology to support employees and key stakeholders in adopting new processes.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments for different stakeholder groups and develop tailored implementation plans.
• Design and deliver communication plans, including messaging, SharePoint sites, and FAQ libraries.
• Identify change risks, define mitigation strategies, and monitor their effectiveness during go‑live.
• Provide advice to senior leaders on change approaches specific to their areas.
• Execute stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing change programmes within large, dynamic operational environments.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for diverse workforces, including shift‑based and non‑captive staff.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience advising senior leadership on change strategy.
