Organizational Change & Transformation XLT Lead

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation XLT Lead to drive change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption for a large‑scale technology transformation program in the United Arab Emirates. You will shape and execute an integrated OCM strategy that ensures new technologies, processes and ways of working are embraced across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the overall OCM and transformation strategy aligned with program milestones.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments for all affected functions and user groups.
• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans with senior leaders, business and technology teams.
• Define and deliver integrated communications, training, engagement and adoption plans.
• Identify people, process, technology and role impacts and create targeted interventions.
• Establish a network of change champions to support adoption.
• Coordinate with program, HR, communications, training and technology teams for seamless delivery.
• Monitor adoption, readiness and change effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify resistance, assess risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on readiness, risks and required actions.

Required profile

• 14+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation or change management, including leadership on complex programs.
• Proven track record leading OCM for large‑scale technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and readiness assessment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
