Organizational Development Specialist – Sharjah

About the role

The Organizational Development Specialist will support the design, delivery and implementation of OD and HR initiatives across Air Arabia’s hubs and subsidiaries. The role ensures standardisation, alignment with business goals and enhances employee experience through effective policies and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and facilitate end‑to‑end change‑management initiatives to drive HR standardisation across all hubs.
• Develop OD frameworks, policies and tools for capability building, leadership development and long‑term talent planning.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency throughout the group.
• Introduce and support the Performance Management System, including new‑joiner orientation and continuous feedback culture.
• Maintain job description library, support job evaluation, organisational structure design and related change processes.
• Partner with line managers on career‑path mapping, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Design, develop and deliver workshops and training related to OD and general HR functions.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Sciences, Management or equivalent; MBA or CIPD qualification is an advantage.
• 4+ years experience as an Organizational Development Specialist, preferably in aviation or hospitality, with a total of 8+ years in HR.
• Proven experience implementing performance‑management systems and analysing related data.
• In‑depth knowledge of core HR functions and processes.
