Outbound Call Center Agent – Hindi Speakers (UAE)

About the role

This position is focused on high‑volume outbound calling to promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in the UAE. The role requires a confident, energetic phone presence and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads and warm prospects.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely closures and maintain engagement.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaking candidates only.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, BPO or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM tools for logging calls and managing pipelines.
