About the role
This position is focused on high‑volume outbound calling to promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in the UAE. The role requires a confident, energetic phone presence and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads and warm prospects.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely closures and maintain engagement.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluent Hindi speaking candidates only.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, BPO or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for logging calls and managing pipelines.
