Outbound Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an outbound Telesales Executive to join Justlife’s Dubai office. You will turn warm leads into booked services for cleaning, beauty, handyman and healthcare appointments across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries to convert leads into paying customers.
• Pitch Justlife’s service packages, address objections and close sales on the call.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM and maintain a clean pipeline.
• Follow up consistently on warm leads and re‑engage lapsed customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2C sales calling experience.
• Currently residing in Dubai and able to work on‑site six days a week.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher, clear and confident spoken English.
• Resilient, target‑driven and comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Experience with consumer or home services sales is a plus.
• Additional languages such as Tagalog, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system on a daily basis.
