Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B Jewellery Tools)

About the role

We are seeking an Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and customer acquisition for jewellery‑making tools, machinery and equipment across the UAE. The position combines field sales with on‑site marketing activities to engage goldsmiths, workshops and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, manufacturers and refineries in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and demonstrate jewellery‑making tools and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Manage credit customers and ensure timely payment follow‑ups.
• Support exhibitions, product launches and other field‑marketing activities.
• Collect market feedback and identify further sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in the jewellery, tools or industrial equipment sector.
• Existing network within the jewellery trade is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable with frequent customer visits, product demonstrations and sales follow‑ups.
• UAE driving licence preferred; company vehicle provided.
