Outlet Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Outlet Manager oversees daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to guarantee efficient service and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimise waste and shortages.
• Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies to maximise revenue.
• Prepare and analyse sales, performance, and expense reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, HR and other departments for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role (3–5 years minimum).
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and hospitality/retail operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and sales reporting.
