Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles The Palm Dubai as our new Outlet Manager – All Day Dining. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the outlet’s operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise all outlet staff.
• Develop and maintain training programmes to ensure high professionalism.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with F&B policies, product knowledge and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, breakage management and accounting procedures.
• Schedule staff, monitor labour costs and maintain grooming standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, cleaning schedules and liaise with hygiene, housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Maintain daily log books and guest preference databases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years hotel experience, preferably in outlet management.
• Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills, well‑presented and professionally groomed.
• Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, business acumen and organizational skills.
