Outlet Manager - All Day Dining

About the role

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high‑performing teams, the Outlet Manager will oversee the All Day Dining restaurant at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, ensuring seamless service across all meals and events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume All Day Dining outlet, managing breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
• Plan resources, schedule staff, and supervise the Food & Beverage team to maintain brand standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development, pricing and promotions to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Monitor guest feedback, operational performance and service standards, taking proactive actions to improve scores.
• Control inventory, manage costs and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within a high‑volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams while delivering consistent service quality.
• Strong commercial awareness with focus on guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
