Outlet Manager - All Day Dining

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for an Outlet Manager for its All Day Dining restaurant. You will lead a busy, high-volume outlet and inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences, outstanding service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the All Day Dining restaurant across breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events
• Plan resources, manage the workforce and schedule staff to meet the demands of a fast-paced operation
• Lead, mentor, coach and train the Food & Beverage team, and supervise delegation of duties
• Ensure brand standards, company policies, SOPs and quality measures are followed
• Drive employee engagement and build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and resolving concerns
• Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing and promotions, and maintain close communication with the kitchen
• Monitor performance, guest feedback and service standards, and keep inventory controlled and costs managed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing a busy All Day Dining restaurant with significant guest volume
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and current industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with strong commercial awareness
