Outlet Manager – Beachfront Restaurant Opening

About the role

Join La Petite Maison's new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As Outlet Manager you will be responsible for delivering the brand’s signature French‑Mediterranean experience, overseeing all front‑of‑house operations and leading a team to ensure flawless guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, train and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
• Own the guest experience from arrival to farewell.
• Support revenue generation, cover targets and cost control.
• Handle guest feedback and escalations promptly.
• Maintain LPM standards, safety procedures and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness of covers, costs and profitability.
• Calm, warm, hands‑on approach to service.
• Fluent English communication skills.
