About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the dining area of a luxury hotel franchise in Dubai, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for supervising the food and beverage team, maintaining standards, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the dining area and supervise all food and beverage staff, ensuring compliance with operating policies.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain records of staff performance, operating costs, scheduling, and payroll.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and use feedback to improve service.
• Ensure proper food presentation, handling procedures, and quality of deliveries.
• Order supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and manage inventory.
• Balance sales, total receipts, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Utilise POS and inventory software for effective management and reporting.
• Assist in planning regular and special‑event menus.

Required profile

• Proven experience (0‑5 years) in food and beverage or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to staffing changes.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards.
