Outlet Manager – Sunvibe Pool & Beach

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for Sunvibe, its pool and beach venue. The role leads the Food & Beverage team to deliver legendary service in a luxury beachfront setting, overseeing operations, guest experience and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the pool & beach outlet, ensuring standards, cleanliness and safety.
• Plan menus, pricing and promotional events in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine to maximise revenue.
• Manage reservations, seating capacity and staffing schedules while controlling labour costs.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse P&L and ensure accurate POS set‑ups.
• Maintain compliance with local alcohol licensing laws and responsible service policies.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• 3‑5 years experience as an outlet manager in a luxury hotel pool or beach venue.
• International experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Fluent English; additional languages such as German, French, Russian, Spanish or Arabic are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Experience with POS (point of sale) and cashiering procedures.
