Outlet Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor ensures seamless food and beverage service across all restaurant and room‑service outlets at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. You will lead a team to deliver prompt, courteous service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and enforce Minor Hotels Service Standards.
• Train, motivate and maintain a well‑trained staff, fostering a strong team environment.
• Execute revenue and check‑control procedures accurately during each shift.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment for team members and guests.
• Prepare and manage shift tools such as schedules, floor plans, reservations and checks.
• Resolve daily operational issues, including call‑outs and last‑minute bookings.
• Provide floor coverage throughout the meal period to ensure adequate staffing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising food‑and‑beverage operations within a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team member satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
