About the role
Join the vibrant team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as an Outlets Manager overseeing the All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience in a modern hotel that blends business‑focused amenities with Arabian hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Recruit, train, develop and lead the restaurant team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Control budgets, food costs, payroll and drive sales to meet revenue targets.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team and conduct monthly stock takes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Outlet Manager in a 5‑star hotel.
- Proven ability to lead a multicultural team.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience with outlet openings and menu development.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
