Outlets Manager – Pool, Beach & Beach Club

About the role

Join the hotel’s hospitality team to lead daily operations across multiple outdoor dining and leisure outlets, including a pool, beach and beach club. You will create memorable guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pool, beach and beach club operations, ensuring smooth service and coordination.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and guest engagement.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cabana and sun‑bed sales, food‑and‑beverage promotions and events.
• Supervise, coach and develop a high‑performing team focused on luxury service.
• Implement brand and luxury standards across all outdoor areas.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll, inventory control and cost management.
• Identify and launch new experiences, entertainment and amenities to enhance the pool and beach offering.
• Ensure strict compliance with pool and beach safety, health, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Culinary, F&B, Events, Sales & Marketing and other departments.
• Manage staffing and service delivery during peak periods, holidays and special events.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Pool Manager, Beach Club Manager, Restaurant/Outlet Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume outdoor hospitality operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation, upselling and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of pool and beach safety, health and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
