Owner – Construction Company

About the role

The Owner will lead the strategic direction and operational management of Alnisr for Roads and Building Contracting, overseeing major road and building projects in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise major construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts and coordinate with engineers, site managers and administrative staff.
• Monitor financial performance, approve budgets and guide business development initiatives.
• Resolve project issues, secure resources and support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in roads, infrastructure and building contracting, from planning to delivery.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in senior decision‑making roles within construction, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
