Owner - Regional Aviation Operations

About the role

Avia Solutions Group Global Services Philippines, based in Bonifacio Global City, runs a 24/7 Global Services Center supporting its parent group, the world's largest ACMI provider with 107 aircraft across six continents. The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah, responsible for strategic direction, operational performance and business growth of the group's activities in the region. It sets long-term goals, guides senior leadership and ensures alignment with global corporate standards and aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial results, approve major investments and supervise key contracts and partnerships to maintain profitability and sustainable expansion.
• Review operational reports and support high-level decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders and regulators and foster a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure consistent service quality and integration with the wider network.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and governance experience in aviation, transportation or a related industry, with a track record of managing complex, multi-site operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Aviation or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, with flexibility to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
