Padel Coach – Full‑Time Position

About the role

Advantage Sports Services is seeking an enthusiastic Padel Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching to juniors and adults across academies, schools, clubs and community programmes in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key part in growing one of the UAE’s fastest‑expanding sports while providing safe, professional and engaging sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging padel coaching sessions for both junior and adult players.
• Conduct private lessons, group programmes and academy training.
• Develop structured, progressive coaching plans to improve player performance.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents and club members.
• Support tournaments, leagues, holiday camps and club events.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.

Required profile

• Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (FIP, National Federation or equivalent).
• Previous coaching experience with junior and adult players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Passion for developing players and increasing padel participation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (preferred).
• UAE driving licence (preferred).
• UAE coaching experience (preferred).
