About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Padel Coach to join our growing academy in the UAE. The role involves delivering high‑quality coaching to players of all ages in a premium, family‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions for children and adults, tailored to skill levels and development goals.
• Organise and lead academy events, social activities, and tournaments, including match‑making and prize presentations.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and members while contributing ideas to enhance the academy experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of padel coaching experience, preferably residing in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children.
• Friendly, energetic, professional, and approachable personality with a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proven ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Strong understanding of a premium, family‑oriented academy setting.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary with additional compensation for sessions beyond the minimum 40 per month.
• 48‑hour work week and performance review after six months.
