Paid Search Lead

About the role

A leading global fintech firm is seeking a Paid Search Lead to join its high‑performing digital marketing team in Dubai. You will shape and execute paid search strategies across multiple geographies, driving user acquisition and retail client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimise always‑on SEM campaigns to meet commercial KPIs.
• Analyse performance, run A/B tests and refine strategies using market trends and regional insights.
• Monitor delivery, troubleshoot tracking, tagging or creative issues and manage ad formats in the ad‑server.
• Leverage the mar‑tech stack, including CRM and CDP tools, to enhance audience targeting.
• Maintain relationships with publishers and technology partners and identify new growth opportunities.
• Support finance and reconciliation processes related to campaign spend and vendor management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on campaign management experience on the buy‑side.
• Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns; experience with Meta campaigns is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics or business is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and the paid‑search ecosystem.
• Strong grasp of attribution, ad‑serving and campaign optimisation best practices.
• High proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with SEM, CRM and CDP tools.
• Willingness to learn or use SQL.
