Paid Social Media Manager

About the role

Robot24.com is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to turn social platforms into a reliable growth channel. You will own paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat, driving leads, conversions and brand growth. Google Ads knowledge is a bonus, but social is the core of the job. This is an urgent, on-site, in-house position open only to candidates currently based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat
• Manage and scale social ad budgets while maximising ROAS and ROI
• Build paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions and revenue
• Test creatives, hooks, formats, copy and audiences, and scale what works
• Brief the Social Media and Production teams on the creative the data says is needed
• Track creative fatigue and refresh ads before performance drops
• Manage pixels, Conversions API, tracking, reporting and analytics
• Monitor campaign performance daily and turn the data into clear actions
• Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on paid social experience
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Hands-on experience with at least one other platform: TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat or YouTube Ads
• Proven experience managing high-budget social campaigns
• Strong understanding of creative testing and what makes ads perform on each platform
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; numbers-driven but creatively aware
• Currently based in the UAE and available for on-site work

Required skills

• Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Desirable: Google Ads, Looker Studio or similar dashboards, influencer or creator content in paid campaigns, lead quality and funnel performance
