About the role
AccorHotel is seeking a Painter and Polisher to maintain the appearance of guest rooms, corridors and shared spaces across its Dubai property. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying finishes and ensuring a clean, safe work environment while supporting the hotel’s maintenance team.
Key responsibilities
- Paint and decorate guest rooms, corridors and shared areas, including wallpaper and other finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and priming to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work area and report any maintenance issues observed.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep hotel facilities in top condition.
- Control stock levels of paints, tools and materials, ordering supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar painting or polishing role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
