Painter & Polisher

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a skilled Painter & Polisher to maintain the aesthetic standards of guest rooms, corridors and shared spaces across its hotel portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all surfaces are prepared, painted and finished to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Paint and decorate guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Prepare surfaces, apply paint, wallpaper or other finishes.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
• Report any maintenance issues you discover.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep facilities in top condition.
• Manage stock of materials and place orders as needed.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and operational standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar painting or polishing role.
• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work onsite in a hotel environment.
